FEES
To accommodate various needs of the parents, for an affordable childcare, the monthly rates are based on the number of days the care is required in a week. Fees are charged on a monthly basis and payment is due on the first business day of the month. Your child will be officially registered once the first month fee is collected. Full fees will be charged for weeks with statutory holidays and for children who miss any part of the week due to illness or vacation time.
The Kids3Daycare offers full-time, part time and drop in spaces to children between 0 months to 12 years of age. Our regular service hours are between 6:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M from Monday to Friday. We offer extended care from 6.00 PM to 8.00 PM from Monday to Friday and from 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM on weekends.

REGISTRATION FEE
Kids3Daycare requires a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee both programs daycare and OSC. |

DROP IN CARE
(Min: 4 hrs/ day) We will also have an hourly rate option that can be worked out depending upon the availability & a minimum attendance. The drop-in rates for all ages are $15 per hour. The fees are due in advance while making the reservation. No refunds if the child is picked up early or there is no show. No drop offs during nap times, between 12:00 pm and 2:30 pm daily. Reservation for a spot has to be made in advance. |

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is available for pick-up & drop-off from and to the workplace or residence of the family. The transportation is also available to & from the place where children have been enrolled by their parents in various activities. The rates for all the transportation needs can be discussed & will be provided based on the need of the parents. |

SUBSIDY

- For all ages the preference will be given to children seeking monthly care.
Except for the drop-in services all other fees are due the first working day of each month. Fees received after the due date will be subject to a $25 late fee.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
Recommend us to your friends, family & co-workers!
Spread the word and we would like to reward families who let friends and families know about Kids3 Daycare and the programs we offer. If you refer a new family and that family joins Kid3 Daycare full-time, $250 will be given to you. Please note that the referred name has to be entered into the application form, before the child starts daycare.
If a new family joins part-time $150 will be given to you. The $250 and $150 referral payments will be transferred or applied after 3 months.
There is no limit to the number of referral incentives you may earn.

Sibling GroupsWe provide sibling incentive of $25 monthly on the regular rates applicable to the second child.
